Return & Refunds Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
  • Sale items and customised products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process

  • Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • After approval, you must ship the product back (shipping cost applies if the mistake is not ours).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and checking the returned item.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when we shipped a wrong or defective item.
  • If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing tags, refund may be refused.

Exchanges

  • Exchange is possible only for size/colour (subject to availability) and follows the same return rules.
