Return & Refunds Policy
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
- Sale items and customised products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
- Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- After approval, you must ship the product back (shipping cost applies if the mistake is not ours).
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and checking the returned item.
Refund Conditions
- Refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when we shipped a wrong or defective item.
- If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing tags, refund may be refused.
Exchanges
- Exchange is possible only for size/colour (subject to availability) and follows the same return rules.
